Worry is such a thief isn't it? Before I become pregnant with my daughter, I'd had a miscarriage a couple months earlier. I spent my entire pregnancy worrying and I realize now I robbed myself of the joy I should have had. I was so tense about everything.

What a great story, Hana! I am such a worrier, especially since my husbnd is 82 and has slight memory loss. I find that I turn him over to God, then I take him back! Such a negative way to live and I need to let God take care of him, and me! This will build my faith! Thank you. Patty Gunnett

Thanks for this great post. Shortly after marrying my Marine I realized I could make myself sick worrying, or I could live so that I could enjoy every moment we had together, and trust the rest to my Father in Heaven. It was one of the most freeing decisions I've ever made, but it is still a challenge. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
