
In honor of JDaniel’s birthday and his love of General Mills cereal, I am hosting a giveaway for two boxes of cereal. There will be two winners of this giveaway.
General Mills has made a commitment to further reduce sugar in cereals advertised to kids under 12 to single digit grams of sugar per serving. The company has already been reducing sugar in cereals while increasing key nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D, and providing whole grain.

Kids who eat breakfast (including cereal) tend to perform better in school and have fewer disciplinary problems. I'm guessing that has more to do with parenting than cereal, but that's what they say!
